LDK100 extn issue

HELP!!!!

I am a telecom engineer with 20yrs experience
So not a nubie


I have a LDK100 on 3.7 software with a LDK30D phone that keeps dropping calls randemly
also goes off hook by its self and on speaker
also seems to call other extensions by itself?
Customer also reports they get a continuois tone from it from time to time.

They dont have issues with other extensions these are all LDP7004D or analogue dect phones

I have repalced the DTib, the Brib and the PSu inc backplane

This all started since they had a replacement psu a few months back (not done by me)

Im at a loss what is causing it

Only thing i can think of is the database is corrupted and i would have to default the system and rebuild from scratch but a corrupted database would cause other issues surely??

Hi Jonno,

Have you tried to configure the ext number onto another port? This might just resolve our issue.
