We have an LDK300 that occasionally stops printing call info out on SMDR. Normally a reboot or disabling and enabling SMDR fixes it but it hasn't this time.
I can connect via Telnet and PCAdmin, it was a previous engineer who would make it work by resetting SMDR in PCAdmin and I presumed it was just setting SMDR print enable to OFF and ON but can anyone advise something else to try to make this work again?
