Hello,

Over recent weeks, the VOIM has been doing something a little unusual. Intermittantly, sometimes it happens 4-8 times a day, sometimes not for weeks, the VOIM lines (Lines 9 to 12) suddenly light up one at a time, Line 9 first, and then starts flashing orange, as if there was a call coming in - but there is no call coming in. There never is a call when the light is flashing orange.

The phone shows the caller ID to be strange numbers too. 100, 101, 1012, 1101.
These CID's aren't coming from the PSTN, nor are they coming from my SIP provider either. I don't understand what is causing it to do this. If I do not push the line button to 'answer' it, it just keeps flashing for hours and hours.

If anyone has any ideas what is causing this, I would greatly appreciate any help, as it does block up the lines when it is doing this.

Current firmware is GS66T-1.1Ca , and the system won't allow me to upgrade the firmware either. IE/Chrome suddenly say "Page not found" halfway through uploading the new FW.

Thanks in advance

Thanks - I read the post and set passwords for all extensions (including ones that are not connected), and turned off DISA Account Code for CO Lines 9-12.

I will monitor this and report back if it keeps happening.

Also, I don't seem to be able to upgrade the firmware to the later versions. Any ideas ?

I do not know how to get the date of the FW on the VOIM - sorry.
I tried using IE6, and the firmware upgrade was apparently successful, but when I load the page again, even after system reset, it still says 1.1Ca, not 2.2

Problem with VOIM and flashing orange lines still occours after turning off DISA account code and putting passwords on all extensions

Caller ID keeps coming up as 1012.
This does not appear in call log

Reviving this thread again:

I continue to be plagued with trouble on my VoIP lines, I hope someone can help me.

Running Lines 5 and 6 is a Linksys VoIP adapter, registering intermittantly. It also seems to fail to send the BYE signal to my SIP provider.
Running Lines 9 to 12 is the Aria VOIM, having major trouble with this

I need to know a few things
1 - It seems that my configuration may be bad, perhaps someone can take a look at it?
2 - Am I supposed to be using a separate ID for each station via SIP? (SIP Attributes 2)
3 - Can't call in or out on VOIM lines, can call in on ATA lines, but can't call out.
4 - Perhaps I'm missing something on the router??

Firewall on router enabled, UPnP is enabled, all devices using ports 5060. This seems to have only cropped up recently when the routers were reset and reprogrammed.
If someone could please help me out, I would be grateful
