Hello, I have a IPLDK-20. I have just had 2 dual ISDN lines installed at our premises. First of all how do I activate the lines on the system and secondly how do I assign extensions to use the lines? Sorry but I am very new to this system, we normally use Panasonic's which I find a lot easier to understand instruction wise. Thanks

I would start with the ISDN2 TEI type - PGM 203 Flex Key 1
There are 4 possible ISDN2 ccts in the system they line up with FK 1,2,3 and 4. If OFF + Auto and If ON = Fixed TEI.
If the setting is wrong there is usually no dial tone.

Then I would seperate the working lines into CO Line grp 1 and the unused CO Lines into CO Line grp 9
PGM 141 Flex Key 1.

By default all stations have access to all the CO Line grps, so when the stations dial 9 (or your CO Access code) they will pick up a line in CO Line grp 1

@rickcolton
LG system, you will find quite easy to install, due to the fact that the programming is very structurated, and easy to find your way around.
Otherwise, just ask...

Thanks very much for all your help, its all up and working now.

Now for the next bit, how do I assign a DDI number to a extension?

Thanks

To Program Incoming Zero Insertion (ISDN Lines)
