Nice to meet u, i write from Italy, excuse me if dont write correctly.
I have this problem with a ldk-20 that we use at work, in particular we can't reset ldk from admin phone with program 450 (flex 15), when we use that procedure it stopped after last step (save), and i need to reset it from switch 2 or unplug the a/c. I can upload and download db but ldk after file transfer don't reset. we changed the lithium battery too, because when we unplug a/c time and date is always 04 aug 2020 but without results. i can't access to function also with ldk-admin, is like it's always busy with programming mode, i need to take off a/c.
Can anyone help me?
