HELP!!!!!!!!!!
We have had a LDK 100 working for the past 10 years.
How ever this afternoon I was trying to work out how to transfer night call to an outside number. I doing so I changed the numbering plan.
Switching back to the ordinal one (7), everything has changed.
1) The greeting announcement has gone, now the phones just ring.
2) When we put the system into night mode, the phones still ring and the divert to speed dial is ignored.
Basically I have Bu**ered the switchboard and we shut the office in 3 hours and have no way of putting out calls through to our Out of Hours service.
I can't even find the original announcement messages!
The way the system use to work is in Day mode there would be a greeting message with some information then all the phones on a hunt group would ring.
In Night mode, the caller would have 2 options 1) leave a message, 2) Be transferred to out Out of House service.
I've been through LDKADMIN, but can see nothing that relates to night service or announcements.
Any help or advise would be gratefully received.
