LDK 100 Greeting Message

Hi guys,

Not posted for a couple of years, but the LDK 100 is still going strong.

Currently, the system answers the phone, plays the greeting message and then puts the caller through to the hunt group.

I need to change the greeting message that gets played when some one calls us, but can't work out from the manual how to do it.

I use Trans/PGM 06 and then 3 digit greeting number, 001 or 002 etc.

In admin you should be able to see which greeting is used.

if not, after dialling the greeting number wait for the system greeting to finish and you should hear the recorded greeting, if there is one.

Never plays the recorded greeting number to me. been doing these for 15 years now, unless i am going stupid

You can find out what message it is through the hunt group programming - trans pgm 191, then hunt group ( possibly 620 ), then step through the flex keys.

then from admin station - trans/pgm 06, then the message you have found in 191, then it will play the current message will say "if you want to leave a message press # key ", listen to make sure you get the correct one, then press # to re-record
