LDD3 reconfigures every time I open a drawing file.

If LDD3 is not open and in the background then when i open an attached *.dwg file in an e-mail, or if i open a saved *.dwg file the system responds by showing a loader window open and it reads that some kind of file configuration si taking place etc loooks like files are being copied or the application is trying to install files then after 30 seconds or so it opens the drawing file.

Any ideas on how to resolve this.

If you have LDD3 open and you open a seperate drawing file it works fine with out giving you teh loader or configuration information.
