Customer asked me if they could use LDAP as a single sign on for the workplace clients. They want to have the Workplace client to authenticate with LDAP and not the IPO so that they use the Windows login not the IPO user login. Can this be done? I only see the LDAP as a directory tool.

If they want SSO for Workplace then you have to set the company up on Spaces, And also configure the Avaya Spaces details on the IPO.
There's a long old process on the documentation.avaya.com site.

FYI LDAP is a directory service, not a security or login service.
