LDAP problems in Outlook 2003

I need help. I've been googling all day and so far nothings helped me out. Recently at work I upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 since then I can not pull addresses from our LDAP server I get an error saying "Can't contact LDAP Directory server (81)" and all I've been able to find states that the LDAP server must be down, but that's not the case if I open up Outlook Express, I can pull addresses just fine. Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be?

Figures. I start asking around and then we get the fix, but for anybody else that may experience this problem put this into your registry.
