LDAP Lookup on NetWare 5.1

I was wondering if anyone has come accross the following error (statement) which appears on the DSTRACE screen when doing LDAP lookups:

ber_flush: BerWrite returned error: (-1)
Monitor 0x 1 a 1 signaling writer blocked connection 0xccfe2ac0

This error is repeated numerusly down the page.
