Hi,

Using an LDAP client, there is no response from the LDAP server(Windows 2003 server AD) after we provide the correct username and password when IPv6 settings in Windows 2003 Server Active directory is enabled.

If IPv6 settings is off, there is no problem. We can succesfully login and browse objects.

The error occurs in connect() function and returns "LDAP server down" error.

We already checked the code and it seems that there's nothing wrong in it.

Hope you can help me :)

Thanks in advance,
duel

Hi all,

I already make sure that connect() parameters are correct by printing the parameters before the connect() is called. I set errno=0 also before connect() and print it after. I got errno=65 (ENOPKG).
Is there anything that I need to configure to enable LDAP connect in IPv6?
I thought the settings are already OK since it goes well in IPv4.
I already installed IPv6 and configure the DNS.

Thanks,
duel
