We use basic LDAP for name recognition of inbound CID in Active Directory. We also like the '91' prefix set in the line config, so that incoming calls can be double-clicked out of Phone Manager.
The problem of course, is that with the prefix, LDAP no longer matches the inbound CID because they all come in 91xxxxxxxxxx. Is there any way to configure LDAP on the IPO to ignore a leading '91', like it does natively with dashes, periods, commas, etc..?
Thanks, -Joe
