I recently upgraded a person in our office to Office 2k from Office 98 w/Outlook 98 ( n winxp pro with all updates) All went well except for the LDAP. When I look in Services-LDAP I get a pop-up that simply says "There was an error. There was an error".. The heading on the error box says 'Microsoft Exchange'
My usual response is "duhh"
Of course I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling LDAP, then even completely removed Outlook from the Office Installation - restarting and reinstalling, but the same error. The configuration page won't come up. Can I remove this from the regisrty? What keys should i hunt for?
MS Knowledgbase has very very little on this and larger google searches have proved less than useful.
Office 97 w/ outlook 98 is our corporate dictated "standard", in case anyone were to ask... We also do some documents with a chisel and stone tablets...
Any Ideas would be gratly appreciated!!
