We just installed a new mitel 3300 for a school district. They came from a large Nortel system. They were using AD with the nortel and want to use it with the mitel. Is there going to be a problem syncing the AD with the mitel? They are worried that if they have a user that is different from what was programmed in the mitel, it might cause an issue.

No issues expected here, should be good.
Just make sure you detained synced users before committing and attribute mapping to be accurate.
