LDAP existing 5.5 Exchange org to populate GAL

Hi all. We have two Exchange orgs. One 5.5 on NT 4.0 and a separate Exchange org running 2003 AD.

How can I populate the 2003 GAL dynamically with the address list from 5.5?

Can I just pull an LDAP from 5.5 and use it to populate the 2003 GAL? If so, how?
