LDAP error

Hi,
I am configuring LDAP in an Avaya IP Phone. In the IP phone settings LDAP Stuff has been entered. But it is not working, in IP phone contacts no contact is showing.. Below is the capture of wireshark.

I have entered XX XX XX XX instead of site IPs, i dont wanted to show site real IPs.
