When running the pre-upgrade tool the following error is received:
'PRE-UPGRADE WARNINGS
CRITICAL: If this data is going to be restored onto a 3.1 MSS, the LDAP data must be corrected for a leading zero problem on this MSS prior to the backup. Otherwise, the restore onto the 3.1 MSS will fail. Please contact the appropriate Avaya technical support for help in resolving this issue. If this data will be restored onto a 4.0 or greater MSS, the data will be automatically corrected during the restore.'
Anyone see this before?
