Hello All,

I have an HP colour 9500mfp and the digital sending feature requires an LDAP server to obtain the email addreses that it can use to send scanned files. When I point to my Windows 2003 server that also has exchange as the LDAP server it says that the there is no LDAP server on this network. Has anyone had any luck or have any ideas how this works? Thanks.

Try to use another port than the standar.
Try 3268 (backup port for LDAP)
