LDAP 1530 Error 1

Hello ALL:

Has anyone experienced the below error while adding a new user to Aura Messaging version 6.3-62.0?

"Creation of sid (subscriber id) failed. LDAP Error 1530"

I've been unable to find anything within Avaya or "google" for this exact error.

If I wait long enough it will eventually let me add the user. It appears all LDAP processes are running, sladp, ldapfe and ldapcorp are all UP.

Administrator cannot add new users to AAM.




Problem Clarification
The customer is receiving a 1530 LDAP error intermittently when creating new mailboxes.
May also see 6624 minor software corruption alarms or 'that user exists' error when trying to add, even though it dow not

Cause
LDAP and Poet databases out of sync. This generates errors when attempting to modify the LDAP (such as adding new or changing existing users).

Solution
To bring the databases in synchronization, run the Weekly & Nightly audits from the AAM Storage Server SMI.

If this does not correct the issue, please contact Avaya support for assistance.
