ld -lhistory command not found using fc 14

which rpm package should i install it to run ld -lhistory?Because i have installed zlib zlib-static also zlib -devel but I still got ld -lhistory command not found.Any suggestion to solve this problem?

I can't solve it after I updated binutils rpm package from yum.

Finally I can solve this problem afte I installed 2 rpm packages below here :
compat-readline5-devel.i686
compat-readline5-static.i686

Package names are different between FC and Ubuntu.
So I got a problem to find it.
