I need to be able to fax using desktop msg. My problem is that my LD vendor is Qwest and our service uses auth codes after dialing the number. I have attempted to put pauses in the dialing stream but if you check the d-ch messages no pauses are in the dialing stream. Any way to insert pauses for auth codes?

NOPE, no way, Nortel's answer to me was that they did not think it necessary to make this work since no one uses Auth codes that much anymore... You have to allow the CP to dial without using auth codes.....
