We had to bring CC6 down breifly last night an so our calls routed to the default ACD queues, we had a call that came in and the display had a value that i could not find when printing the names out in LD 95 using

Req: PRT
Type: NAME
CUST: 0
DN: ALL

Looking at the manuals I have found out that the IDC entries can be named as well and printed using by entering a number at the DCNO prompt - I found the name under this list.

My question is why or when does the system use this second set of names over the normal ones programmed in LD95?

Cheers

Stuart

Names on DN is for DN and names associated with phones
Names on DCNO is for DNIS names

2 seperate datablock within the CPND database.

Hi yyrkroon,

Thanks for the response - just to clarify to add a name for DNIS do I just return through the first name prompt until i get to the DCNO prompt?

Thanks

Stuart
