I am trying to prevent all area codes in Atlanta [ex 404] from calling the PST [CA, OR etc...] until 11am EST zone. I understand I need to use TODS, but I am not very familiar with it. Any ideas? Thanks....

i havent done this for a while.. if i am incorrect i am sure someone will correct this post

there are 2 stages to setting this up

1...uses LD15 to define the time options, there are 4 atlernate time options available to you they are CRT0,1,2 & 3....this feature is enabled when one of the time options are defined,, the time is entered in international time format
eg...
LD15
req=chg
type=rdr
cust=x
CRTOD= yes
CRT0 = define time here ( SH SM EH EM==start hour,start minute, end hour, end minute)
req=end

to print the setting,,

LD21
req=prt
type=rdr
rdr_data

second stage

cls needs to be set on each phoneset to allow redirection by time of day allowed (RTDA)...CLS=RTDA
also set the alternate forwarding
arto and AFA/AHNT

eg
ld 11
req=chg
type=2616
tn x x x
echg=yes
item= RTDA
item arto 0
item afd dnxxxx ( alternate flexible cfwd to dn
item ahnt dnxxxx (alternate hunt to dn xxxx)

try that
