if my outbound T1 rout has channels in lockout can i somehow disable these channels so that outbound calls will bypass the locked-out channels and go to the next available IDLE channel?

to enable ench # #. First disable than enable. They might come back up.

well, they're not in DSBL status, they are in LCKO status. Are you saying disable them, then enable them and they might come out of LCKO status?

Yes. Dsch l(loop number) Ch(channel number. Every so often some of ours go into lockout. So you disable the channel on that particular loop than renable the channel. Sometimes this works. If it doesn't work after a couple of times I call the provider and they can enable it on there end.
