I just changed my CDB to allow for incoming digit conversion. I did the following:

FCR YES
NCFR YES
MAXT 255
OCB1 255
OCB2 255
IDCA YES
DCMX 5

I then buit an IDC tree in which I converted xxxx to yyyy.
I put SCR yyyy on my phone and called the DID 212-555-xxxx. Instead of ringing to SCR yyyy on my phone i went to my receptionist. What step am I missing? Please help. Thank you.

good lord, no. A) is that complicated and B) is there the potential to screw up any existing configuration on that route? C) if you could just give me a little push in the right direction I'd be eternally grateful. I am assuming you're talking about my inbound T1 routes.

a) nope

b) not really, unless you've got some wacky programing in the idc table.

c) RDB's are in LD 16, at the IDC prompt enter yes, the DCNO is the day list followed by the NDNO enter your table number at the DCNO only UNLESS you want to use different tables at night vs the day.

You are correct in your assumption.

the is the first and only IDC tree I'm building. I got it. Thank you phonejack99!
