The default is set to 2047. I just changed it, but is this number the amount of calls threshold or a amount of time? It's not clear in the NTP. I am assuming it's a number of calls threshold rather than a timer?

You are correct in thinking that it is the amount of calls in que before overflow.

I'm not sure about that particular prompt, however, overflow of calls to another ACD que is by time and interflow to a target DN is by number of calls.

you can overflow by time or ovth which is the number of calls in que, if set to 0 calls will overflow to the target acd que when all agents are busy, interflow you can also do by the number of calls but not to an acd group it has to be a phone or cdp.

you can build a soft set for an interflow target and rcfw that analog to a second acd group.. if you need interflow to an acd group..
