LD 23 - ACD out - I get sch5362 1

sch5362 is "cannot remove acd-dn when the ICPM is monitoring it for statistics"

I googled for ICPM but it isn't a popular
topic - go figure.

Does anyone know what this is about?

grndstart... sch5362 is telling you that there are scripts running in an application ( ie CCR /MAX /SYMPOSIUM )pointing at this ACDN , you will have to remove these before you can remove the ACDN

That jogged my memory about MAX - I was watching
when the vendor setup the ACD-DN. I think we had
to setup a supl in LD 97 - In LD 48 do you actually
have to change the script or just restart MAX?

I just had a resignation (not mine) so I've got a free
DN now.

Just curious, are you using DID numbers for ACD DN's?.

Not normally, If I had to do it again I'd probably just
assign a local and forward a DID. In this case it was a DID DN...
