On RLS 4.5 we used ld 143 for upgrade, archiving and instalation data base.
iam try to use same load with RLS 5 to install data base on it, but it seem it is not the same as it before, any idia will appreciate.

use edd in ld 43. Data will be backed up on CF2.

A what if I want to install data to the CPPM?

and what for i will use the LD 143??

You can compare it with edd 61c/81c/ machines. The difference is that the backup is stored on an other medium(not floppy disc). You can use this backup to reinstall an CPPM system. LD 143 can be used to install and refresh deplists mdp install/refresh.....

To install a Database on a CS1k 5.0 you will need to reboot your system with the installation card in the faceplate and then boot from that card.

You can go to tools and install (and archive) the database there.
