I have been having problems collecting and costing for the last several days - could that be part of the problem?

When I look in the collection log it says there wsa an error connecting to the detail1.img file. WHen I look in the folder where the file should be there isn't one - I have a copy of an old one in there so I rename it to detail1.img and run collection and that goes successfully and and then I do the costing and that says it's going but then when I run my reports i just get back empty files with no data.

That is exactly why your buffer is full. The detail.img file is deleted and recreated every time you run collection. Something is broke in your Data Buffering & Access.

well rats. lol

can I dump it somewhere and start over? Without losing anything that might be in there? Nothing changed that I know of and it had been working for years before this week. I tried compact and repair but repair keeps telling me some other app has the file open (can't find that). COmpact, however, did reduce the file size of my CDRD001.MDB

you need to re-start Data buffering from OTM

Think it is under Utilities, databuffering

file / new - select your system, check the CDR box and ok or connect

It may take a while to clear what is stored in PBX and since it is 100% full, you will have lost any data since it became full.

A reboot of OTM may restart it as well.

Will give that a try - thanks!
