Background: Our 81C is contractor maintained. Billing is by TNs in use on monthly basis. The billing appears to correlate to TNs USED as reported by LD 11. We've had high internal turnover in the last five years and recents events make question the integrity of our contractor with respect to their billing.

Question: I did a stat of loops in LD 32 and see there are seven T1 loops in a Disabled state. I've since verified these T1 were previously used but have not served a purpose for some time. Can someone advise if the TNs associated with disabled Ts are tallied as USED or are they only tallied under AVAIL?

Thanks.

in LD 20, prt on of the T-1's TNB ( loop and channel . If there is a TN built, then that does count against your used Tn's

Thanks. 4 of 7 Ts have TNs built for their respective channels and therefore counted as USED. Any other tricks to spot padding of the PBX port counts?

another quick is to look at ld 21 ltm.. a list of all programed tn's.. here's another ld that will save you money.

ld 117
inv generate all

or inv generate midnight (if you want a new copy any time you request)

if you do the all (sets or cards) the switch will give you a single line when it is finished.. you do not have to stay logged in or in 117.. you can still use other lds..

inv prt sets

that shows not only a list of all programed sets, but it also shows a list of programed sets that are unplugged.. those can be outed in software.. and removed from your per-port cost.
