I highly doubt it. Those systems pretty much went end of life before 64-bit really started to take off. I'm not aware of any versions beyond 4.0 on 9006.6 and I used that up until the end of 2014.

I have found that if you need to use 32Bit or lower within a 64Bit environment then you need to use a virtual machine.
VM's are downloadable from Microsoft and are available by default on Win7 where you can setup Win XP
