LCS and SQL on Windows Storage Server

I recently aquired a small client who was sold an SBS Server and a Windows Storage Server last winter. The Storage Server is hardly utilized.

They want to deploy LCS 2005 with archiving, and I'd like to put SQL and LCS 2005 on the Storage Server rather than the SBS. Am I going to run into a problem with this? I know that Storage Server handles licensing in an unorthodox way, but I have no idea whether it's functionality is going to
limit use of something like LCS.

Any guidance here?
