Hello
I have a problem with the configuration of the LCR to make calls from the HiPath 4000 V5 (MINE) to the outside via a HiPath 3800 (ADMIN).
Indeed it is a linear networks of a HP 4000 V5 with two HP 3000 product 2 card where the HP 4000 is located in the middle of the two HP 3000. However the ISDN to go outside is located on one of the HP 3000 at the end, so that, for an outgoing call from the HP 4000 or the second HP 3000 come out outside, it must go through the HP 3000, which has the ISDN.
How to configure the LCR to make this possible?
Currently calls between the 3 Hp pass properly, and the HP that has the ISDN also can go outside with the LCR "0C00Z" and "0CZ". But the second HP 3000 and HP 4000 can't exit outward through the HP that has the ISDN.
How to configure the LCR to make this possible?

Can you call to extensions on each system from each other system ?

You could test the circuits with an ISDN tester and/or complete traces to see where the problem lies.
If it is possible it is advisable to bring the 3 units together for testing to make it easier to faultfind - if not then you should have access to the 3 pbx's at once.

On the 4000 it should be setup the same as if the ISDN was connected to it directly however of course you send it down the link to the 3000.

Yes, I can go the extensions of each site. the site ADMIN 3000 ISDN also released outward already! But it is the 4000 which does not reach out to the outside through the 3000.
Please, guide me a bit on how to cofigurer ISDN to be connected directly on the 4000 by sending it to the link to 3000?
look at my configuration below:

Try the following on the 4K
CHA-TDCSU:pEN=1-1-25-0,SEGMENT=1;
CHA-TDCSU:pEN=1-2-25-0,SEGMENT=1;

Test again.

If still not working revert to the (older but working) Cornet Protocol as follows:
DEA-DSSU:L,PEN,1-1-25-0;
CHA-TDCSU:pEN=1-1-25-0,PROTVAR=CORNV33,SEGMENT=1;
ACT-DSSU:AUL,BCHAN,1-1-25-0;
RES-DSSU:pEN,1-1-25-0;
DIS-SDSU:ALL,,PEN,PER3,1,1,25,0;
Test again

Then same for 1-2-25-0

You will have to change the protocol on the 3K side as well to Cornet!

Sample COP/COT for link to 3K systems:

ADD-COP:200,RLSB&RLSA&NOAN&RMSG&RRST,TA,TA;
CHANGE-COP:200,COPADD,,,,S2CONN,"COP FOR 3000";
ADD-COT:200,RCL&ANS&USD&KNOR&CEBC&TIE&CBBN&CBFN&FNAN&COTN&IEVT&ITRN&BSHT&DPRE&LWNC&SATC&NLCR&APPR&TSCS&ICZL&ICZO&
UUS1&UUS2&UUS3&US1E&NLRD&SNBE&DSDL&CTLS&NTON;
CHANGE-COT:200,COTADD,,S2CONN,"COT FOR 3000";

Message waiting indication (MWI), callbacks and names should also be working transparently between the systems.

Give those things a try and let me know if still not working and I will look further into it.

Good Luck

in fact the PABX 3 call between them: the H4K calls the two H3Ks, only we that the H4k to be able to call on the national and international through the ISDN which is located on the H3K.
I remind that the connections between the H4K and the H3K are of T2!
I also recall that it is the COT and the COP 60 that we used for the node 200, and the COP, COT 70 to 100 node; If we create the COP and the COT 200 we use them to what TDCSU?

CHA-TDCSU:pEN=1-1-25-0,COTNO=200,COPNO=200,COTX=200;

Do the same for the other circuit on the 4000

Make them both COTNO=200,COPNO=200,COTX=200

I still can't call the national or the international from H4K! I would remind you that the ISDN is located on the H3K, how to configure the LPDLN of both side to get it working? How to play to the '0' so the H4K makes calls to the national and international outgoing by the TRUNKING 2 (ISDN) of the H3K?

Hi,
When you dial out via the 3K you have to send the 0 as well.
Change the LODR:

ADD-LODR:2,,,,OUTPULSE,0;
ADD-LODR:2,,,,ECHO,2;
ADD-LODR:2,,,,END;
ADD-LODR:2,,,"OUTWARD DIALLING";

Tell the LDAT to use LODR 2 instead of LODR 1
CHANGE-LDAT:LROUTE=20,LSVC=ALL,LRTEL=1,ODR=2;

Then when you make a call with 0 it should send the 0 again to the 3K

I'm just throwing this out there for thought, but it might be way off base. It's been years sice I have dealt with my 150, but I remember there was a "permission" table on the 150 and another on the 300, and you had to make sure the "permissions" were matched across the network. I don't remember if it was LCRCOS attributes or where it was, but the permissions on the phone on the 300 end had to match up to the corresponding permissions on the 150 end. I think it was some kind of translation table on the 150 where you said if the setting on the 300 was 8 that was the same as "full access" on the 150, and similar for 3 or 4 other permission levels betwen the two....

If that doesn't matter, sorry.... I know it was that way once upon a time :eek:)

Hello
The problem still remains!
Thanks to direct me again!

Hi,
So you can dial out everywhere but not International ?
Please explain the up to date problem as it stands again.

You might have to change the LDPLN on the 4K for this to work.

Hi
I don't always step out at the national and internationally!
I got the message after 3 digit: "impossibe"
which of the LDPLN would be correct according to you?
King regards,

In your LDPLN on the HiPath 4K you have the following setup:
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,0-X,,20,,,6,,,,N;

Which means that you dial 0 for a line then another digit(s) which get sent to the 3K

Find out a number which you can not dial presently. example: 0-0012125555555
Add that in as an LDPLN as follows:
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,0-012125555555,,20,,,6,,,,N;

Then see if you can dial that number or your own example that you have added.

Do you have an ISDN tester available ?
You could use it to test from and into the 3K

hallo i ask how to open cdr extention , out ,inc & int in Hipath 4000 ver 3
we can see cdr abonding call & busy call in internal call extention ?

thx

Hi SofyanDGE17, All configurations are a little higher!internal calls are made well, sites are called between them, only that H4K is unable to make national and international calls through H3K!

sbcsu, I come back to you by tomorrow morning!

King regards,
