How do you get multiple (TN) to route to the same T1 card?
Currently I have a 24PRTB card that is hooked to a cisco call manager and I had moved over a couple of DID's that have the same tenant but just recently I moved over a DID that has a different tenant and when you call the DID it doesnt even hit the T1 card. ASPA is set properly as LCR and AFRS is on there correctly with the assigned OPR, What am I missing here?

You may be missing ARSC for the tenant

I already have TN(1) assigned and the route is set to all 1's allowed. If I go back and try and assign TN(2) with the same route the data is there. To be honest it does seem like a restriction problem because the call will hold for a couple of seconds and drop.
