I HAVE A SYSTEM WITH 250 USERS

WHEN I PLACE AN LCR CODE IN THE SYSTEM UNDER THE LCR TAB THE FAX SERVER STOPS WORKING


ANY IDEA'S
I HAVE TWO SITE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM

Your system short codes to the fax server are being processed by the LCR shortcodes & sent back to line group id 0.
yopu will need to add to the lcr shortcodes to ensure that they are correctly routed to the So module.

I understand what you are saying but what do i actually place into the system programing to resolve this issue


Line Group ID for the fax server is 901


Calls are 0 as normal

assuming 1234 is the number to send to so

Ok so basically you are saying that changing the LG ID to 901 will Let the fax Server function normally
