I do have the following scenario.. 4 routes programmed for LCR and working fine...the customer asked if they can use the land lines route in case that the mobile route is busy as an alterantive (2nd cheapest) and this is also done by using RODDI:.., cho=1;

but could this (using the second cheapest trunk)be based on extension category.. I mean I want to give this facility(2nd cheapet) only for managers not for all emplyess..

I tried to use FRL and ROC in kscac but no success.

Is there any advice or do u have an example for a solution.
Regards

Hi,

Have a look at extension parameter ROC and route parameter ACD...

EXCAC:ROC=... digit 3
RODDI:ROU=..,CHO=..,ADC=..?? Digits 10 & 11

Good luck

or depending on your setup you can use TCMAP

Hi,,

ROC doesnt say if the extension is not permitted to use the cho=1 in RODDI in case the cheapaest is busy, on contrary it says search for a free route is done...????!!!!
(could this be done first)??

KSCAP:DIR=200&&201;KEY SYSTEM CATEGORY PRINT

this is my ROC.. do u have any comments... 201 is a manager and can use the land route in case the mobile line is busy and this is ok..
but directory 200 is an employee and not permitted to use the land line in case of the mobile line is busy but this not acheived with these parameter..(I dont want want the employee 200 to use land lines to make mobile calls in case mobile route is busy)
do u have any example or comments for paarmeters above.

Hi,
FRL works only in transit exchange. Try CUST.

Hi,

ROC sets the extension to a LCR class...

The RODDI command ACD D9 controls what extension can use the DEST.

...all employees
EXCAC:DIR=200,ROC=000151111;

...for managers
EXCAC:DIR=201,ROC=003151111;

The Alternate route programming...
RODDI:DEST=6,CHO=1,ROU=1,ADC=0005000001000250000000000,SRT=...etc;

Thanks alot for the support.. scenario works fine now

Hi,
Did you try doing it with customer?
Give a customer number to managers and on roddi use cust parameter for alternate so only managers will be able to get these lines.

Regards..

lalrl... Isinor: you mean D10 in ADC?

Oops... yep D10...
