LCR-Alternate Route

Hi all.

We have 7 sites connected on SCN 2 IPO 412 & 5 SOE, all are 2.1(27).
Both 412 uses PRA ISDN with 30 B- Channels & 4 Analog trunks Loop start , other SOE 2 Analog Trunks Loopstarts
PRA Trunks & Analog trunks provided by diffrent service providers.
All the system connected on 128 Kbps Leased Line
i have following porblems with LCR .
1) When Analog trunk line is out of order IPO never looks for 1st alternative route it just disconnect
Is there any solution for this when analog lines are down it takes auromaticaly 1st alternative route???

2) When leased line is down when user dials extn number of other site we can programme to dial via the trunk lines.

I tryed od this i failed i do not know weather IPO can Support this feature??? if it support how to programme the same.

Alternate route on ip-trunks is not supported!!
I hope it will some day.
