I have an Option 11c Release 23.55 and I have 2 DTI cards configured for standard EAM wink start lines. The channels keep going in to LCKO periodically. I realized that this release is MD but I was wonderng if anyone knew a work around or configuration I could try...

Are they bouncing during production, typically causes a lock out on established calls.

It more then likley is a Telco problem.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

There was a TMDI firmware issue that had that symptom. Are they TMDI cards?

How do the counters in LD 60 look ? As Ace suggested, this is almost always a Telco issue.

hold on guys, i work for telco.. we never have a problem..

most of the time it is telco, but.. it is caused because your software and theirs do not match... lcnt should be clean, ssck should not be in freerun... then i usually answer supervision no and ndec/fdec eth on my routes... after that open a tic with your provider and TALK to the person that shows up to test... make sure your end matches his... remember, it does not help to ask for framing, the pbx provides that.. just make sure that his end is b8zs and your start type matches... after that you could be looking at a timer...
