LCD Monitor - Is it going?

I have a 4 year old NEC MultiSync LCD1525V monitor.

Sometimes it flickers and the screen briefly goes red for half a second or so. Other than that it works fine.

Is this a sign that it is failing or could it be other issues such as interference or the video card.

The thing is i bought it from ebay a month ago and it wasn't cheap.

Try connecting this LCD to another PC, that way if the problem dissapears you know it is the video output from the card and not the monitor (or the monitor if the problem persists)
