LCD Interchangability

Will the LCD display from an M7100 work in an M7208? If so and it still doesn't light is it time for a new phone or is there a simple board change?

There are several different versions of LCD depending upon the rev of the phones. 7100 LCD is the same as 7208 provided they are close in rev age.

Anyone know where I can get LCDs replaced? (or replacement LCDs for that matter)
I've got a half dozen M7208s with bad displays. A couple are early Rev#s, the rest are fairly new.
Fixing the LCD must surely be cheaper than replacing the whole unit.

They can repair them for fairly cheap money with long warranty. They are the same as sending the phone to Nortel for repair! They share a building and staff
