I cannot find any information on language settings for the Starplus STS, including in the manuals, and yet the LCD display on ONE of our three stations seems to be displaying everything in Japanese. Is this simply a bug? Is there any way that it can be fixed or changed? Thanks.

Had the same problem with one phone at a customers location. Resetting the phone cleared the problem but it would always come back. Moved phone to another location on the system and same problem would come back a few weeks later. Swapped the phone out with one from our office system, and the problem has not reoccured at the customer location or on our system yet.
