LC3 & Storage System/6 Event ID 7000

I have an HP LC3 running an HP Storage Sytem/6 that gives the Event ID of 7000.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7000
Date: 11/18/2002
Time: 3:17:44 AM
User: N/A
Computer: EXCHANGE
Description:
The NetRAID service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.


It looks like it can't find a file. I think the file is Megaserv.exe.

Can someone help me with this.
