Could someone give me the Heat Load for a small office. I know it is small, but I need it for an RFP.

I think IP Guru has it commited to memory.

I remember chasing that down for an RFP a while back also. 'fraid I don't remember the number, but what I will point out is to be sure to count the power supply - that's where the heat is generated.
