layout prob...can't get rid of space at top of page, and around sides

hello...this is so basic, i'm sure...see the top of this page, the white space between the tek-tips header and the top of the window? how do you get rid of that? i looked at the code for this page, it doesn't seem to call for space.

i have space at the top of my site and on each side of the page, also. it's like a border or something. on other sites, there is no space...

microsoft.com, etc...i have to utilize all web page space as they do...

what am i doing wrong?

You can also use MARGINHEIGHT="0" MARGINWIDTH="0" so that it is compatible with Netscape 4 + 6.
