Layers with ASP??? 2

I need to create a page that uses something similar to layers to display content from a db when a link is clicked. I shall try to explain in a bit more detail.

There will be a text link advertising something and when the user clicks the link i need some other text, from the db, to be displayed underneath. Then when the text is clicked again the text underneath it will disappear. Is it possible to do this in ASP?? Would I use layers or something more dynamic?
