Layers in Photoshop to flash 5 1

Can you take layers from photoshop 6 into flash 5?
Is there an easy way to do this instead of making a copy of each animation piece in the photoshop file. I am getting tired of making a seperate file each time for each piece. Such as same head but have 8 different layers in which the mouth is moving.

if i remember correctly i asked oldnewbie the same question about importing animated gifs..i beleive his response was that there is no easy way..you have to import the sequence and do the work your self..such as setting up the mouth moving from frame to frame..i could be wrong but i think that was the case..oldnewbie has a gear fla that he can show ya..it is a animated rotating gear sequence..hope this helps..

virt: importing an animated gif for frame manipulation couldn't be easier, so either you're getting mixed up or Old was, can you post the link to that thread so I can have a look.
