Hi,

I have the following problem;

I've made a webpage in which I use layers. In my form-tag I placed a table with some input boxes. The problem is now that there seems to be a conflict between my form-tag (which I placed after the body-tag) and the use of layers within Netscape. My HTML page is even not displayed. Everything seems to work ok within IE.

Is someone famliliar with this problem ?
Thanks in advance

'Allo.

Looking thru IE, jobs a good'un, but I see what you mean about NN. It flashed up a java error, but nothing showed in the java console.

But heres a wierd thing, you know the way that N, when you choose view source, actually shows you its idea of the source instead of actually what it is? Well, in there, there was style settings for parent,child and regular all set to visibilty:hidden

Eh? I presume that these came from the JScode, but I cannot sieve thru that lot and get any sleep tonight.

I know thats not too helpful, but NN does implement JavaScript differently to IE, and I think your problem lies in there. In menu.js to be exact. Those show functions do not like netscape. Dean Owen

Input boxes inside layer tag do not work in NN. In order to over come the problem, put a form tag inside every layer tag and then put the input box inside the form tag. This should work for you.

Anand
