Layering with Javascript

Hello there!

I have a navbar written in javascript that lives on the top of each of my web pages. This navbar has drop down lists which hang on top of everything except flash. Is this a flash thing or a javascript thing? Is there a way to fix it -maybe using .html layers?- or must I just eliminate the drop downs in this area?

Because of activeX or directX the Flash movie will allways defeat a javascript dropdown. Eliminate the dropdowns in the movie area, or move your movie away from that area. Regards,
