I have a 1 3560 and 1 2950
I am trying to use the 3560 to do routing so i can add a separate subnet with out having to make changes to our 2821 router. I currently have VLan 1 setup as the 10.9.1.x Subnet and i want 10.9.3.x on vlan to. the router attached to vlan 1. When i setup a machine on vlan 2 i cannot ping anything on vlan1 or get access to the net. i have configured the machine with the gateway as the switch and still no avail. Any help would be appreciated i have placed my config below

I think right now your switch is setup as layer 2 only as you are using a default gateway command and the router is doing the routing for vlan 1 . Turn on ip routing on the 3560 , conf t , "ip routing' get rid of the default gateway statement and add a default route statement "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <router address for vlan1> " .
